We specialize in treating people with chronic pain and persistent muscular tension using a technique called Myofascial Release. This revolutionary treatment is fairly new to the UK, but it is already becoming the buzz word in holistic treatments and can be used on people of all ages to reduce pain anywhere on the body. With over 30 years combined experience delivering a range of therapies from Swedish massage, Sports/Deep tissue massage, and now MFR, we can tailor treatments to our clients individual requirements and get them back on the road to recovery. We also offer treatments to corporate clients who have employees with long term issues that impact on function and performance, such as persistent headaches/migraines or back pain that cause the person to have high levels of absence from the work place. Our treatments can usually get these people back to work pain free in a much shorter time than regular physio/occupational health appointments. Most of the clients who come to us with various symptoms has usually been misdiagnosed by their GP and given pain killers to mask the issue, but we look for the root cause of the problem and resolve it so that the pain stays away without the need for any medication. Symptoms we treat range from back pain/sciatica, migraines/headaches, shoulder pain, plantar fascitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, to name but a few.
