Regency Construction Services, Inc., founded in 1994 by Tari Rivera, is a certified Women-Business Enterprise (WBE) headquartered in Brook Park, Ohio, with a branch office in Columbus, Ohio. Over the past 30 years, Regency has completed hundreds of projects for private and public clients across Ohio. Regency provides exceptional Construction Management at Risk, Design-Build, and General Contracting services for a broad spectrum of healthcare, PK-12, higher education, library, nonprofit, park, civic, and commercial clients. Supported by a staff of approximately (70) employees, Regency offers a variety of project delivery approaches, in addition to standalone support services such as cost estimating and project scheduling. Regency also self-performs carpentry-related scopes of work and has completed several LEED-certified projects throughout Ohio. As a female-founded company, Regency champions diversity, inclusivity, and opportunity, actively supporting initiatives that expand the construction talent pipeline. We take pride in our long history of active involvement in the community, working with organizations like the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), the ACE Mentorship Program of Cleveland, Cleveland Builds, the Construction Employers' Association (CEA), Contractors Assistance Association (CAA), COGENCE Alliance, Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS), and several community boards of directors.
