About Regent Construction Cambridge
Regent Construction (Cambridge) Ltd, was formed in 2006 by the three Directors, David Sheldon, Matthew Bate and William Mackness who between them have a combined experience of over 90 years within the Construction Industry. This experience has enabled the Company to thrive within the Construction Industry, acquiring multiple valued clients across the country. Our goal throughout this period has been to offer our clients comparable value for money, inclusive of a quality service. We like to believe that our continued year on year growth is testament to achieving this goal. Regent Construction are a Company that continue to strive toward better efficiency, safer working practices and are continually targeting new markets. Health and Safety is adhered to in the form of The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), Constructions Line, SafeContractor and regular Site Safety audits are conducted by Eastern Builders Safety Group, subsequently, all employees and sub-contractors are mandated and monitored in compliance with procedures that outline expectations. Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Cards are held by all employees relevant to their specialised Trade. To ensure safeguarding and provide assurance relevant employees and sub-contractors are subject to Data Barring Service (DBS) checks based upon eligibilities inline with the works being completed. Most importantly as an established, independent Company, Regent Construction are also proud to have worked with the majority of their sub contractors since day one, harnessing local skill sets to enhance service delivery.
