RegWorks is a CIAT Chartered Architectural Technology specialist consultancy focused on UK building regulations. We provide clear advice, compliant construction drawings, and regulatory submissions for residential, commercial, industrial, care homes and other project types. Founded by Lawrence Collins, former Director & Technical Lead at ARC Architecture - a respected, design-led RIBA Chartered Practice - RegWorks bridges the gap between design ambition and technical delivery. After years solving complex compliance and detailing challenges, Lawrence built RegWorks to focus solely on making buildings buildable and regulation-ready. We focus primarily on RIBA Stage 4 and beyond - covering technical design, construction detailing, and Building Regulations compliance. While we don’t take on early-stage concept or planning design, we do get involved at Stage 3 to provide buildability assessments that help shape planning submissions with an eye on practical delivery and regulatory compliance. Our experience covers a wide range of projects and build systems, including traditional construction, timber frame, SIPs, steel, concrete, and modular methods. From extensions to large scale projects, we understand the technical and regulatory demands of each. We keep things straightforward and personal, taking time to understand your goals and constraints to ensure compliance supports your vision.
