About Rehab Solutions Adelaide

Rehab solutions Adelaide are providers of private speech pathology and counselling services to clients in the community. We specialise in seeing clients who have a stroke, brain injury and progressive neurological conditions such as motor neurone disease, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s. We work with clients around swallowing assessment and management and communication assessment and management. We also work with neurodivergent clients from a neurodiversity affirming paradigm. We assess, prescribe and support augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and work with clients to assess needs, identify potential solutions and build clients’ and caregivers' skills in using alternative communication systems. Systems we work with includes low tech systems such as PODD and high tech systems including direct access systems, switch and eyegaze. We work with clients to maximise their communication and independence through the use of environmental controls. Rehab Solutions Adelaide sees clients in our clinic in North Plympton or in their homes or other facilities and we see clients throughout Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. We also conduct regular outreach visits to Darwin and Alice Springs and the surrounding suburbs.
