At Rejuvenessence our primary focus is with your movement patterns. In our field, each movement is analyzed for different conditioning applications. Our objectives are to improve functionality, either through increased mobility, agility, flexibility and strengthening. Our methodology is both Sport Specific and Activity Specific. With Sport Specifics, we are not specialized in the science or strategies of the sport. Our focus is to enhance your performances through specific tailored applications. In other words, we are not too concerned with why you run, walk, jump or pivot. Our applications are designed to enhance your performance in running, your skill in walking, your power in jumping, your proprioception while performing etc. So we are not interested in, what and why you do the things you do but, - how - you perform them is of interest to us. The same principle holds true with Activity Specifics. On the surface, some of our techniques may seem ineffective due to its simplicity but in fact, are very-powerful-tailored-applications.
