About Rekindle Wellbeing

Hi, I'm Helen, founder of Rekindle Wellbeing I have always been passionate about wellbeing, particularly after my own wellbeing journey where I discovered several modalities, ancient principles and esoteric practices that supported me to optimum health and wellbeing. The catalyst for immersing myself on a self-healing journey came from working in the corporate arena for many years, and experiencing extreme levels of stress, anxiety and bullying which eventually took its toll in the form of burn out. It impacted my mental, physical and spiritual health for some years. Fortunately, I was able to integrate these found practices into my life which enabled me to feel more aligned, alive and on purpose. This gave me the clarity to change course into a new career where I became a certified coach, bodyworks practitioner and therapist specialising in Holistic Wellbeing Coaching, Bio-electric Energy alignment and Hawaiian Heartworks Lomi Lomi massage. My philosophy is somatic where I treat the body as a whole and seek to find the root cause of any issue. As you can see, I've gone on my own extensive journey to discover the practices that are transformative. I now use my own lived experience to support others in establishing vital wellbeing practices into their life which is my life's purpose.
