Robert Elliott Leslie Architecture, PC is located in New York’s Financial District, celebrating its 10-year anniversary. RELA’s leadership team has over 75 years’ combined experience in residential and commercial office design, facility management, and consulting engagements encompassing new development zoning and code analysis, construction management, project management, long term capital improvements, and has extensive experience producing and coordinating detailed contract documents and specifications in collaboration with engineers and specialized consultants. Other specialties include institutional, Corporate, Healthcare, Retail, and hospitality. We firmly believe that each project should start with clear a clear purpose and solid foundation. Working closely with our clients, key stakeholders and consultants, we facilitate in-depth discussions on space programming, alternative design approaches, unique features, wish-list items and branding informed by their likely impact on cost and schedule. The information we collect plus additional client feedback and a shared sense of priorities, helps us document a project’s “Initial Information”. This informs subsequent design and documentation phases, promotes efficient team communications, and results in well-detailed contract documents and accurate bids. Throughout this process RELA’s goal is to deliver projects on time and within budget, that meet or exceed our clients’ high expectations.
