The Relaxation Station is a hydro-massage service powered by the revolutionary machine called the SpaCapsule®. A SpaCapsule® hydro-massage session consists of high-pressure water jets that move up and down your body providing a completely relaxing and rejuvenating full-body massage. The best thing is...you don’t get wet, you remain fully clothed, nobody will touch you, AND a 20-30 minute session provides the same benefits as one hour of conventional relaxation massage, so you can easily fit a session into your busy day. Aromatherapy and relaxing audio and video are all included in the Relaxation Station experience and we will work with you to find the intensity levels that are just right for you. We suggest having a SpaCapsule® hydro-massage session once a week to keep in good form and as maintenance in between your deep tissue massage sessions or chiropractic adjustments, for example. We have various package deals available if you plan to have sessions regularly. We have the only SpaCapsule® in the Ottawa area and we are happy to offer a free 10-minute trial session so you can try it out. We are confident you will love your Relaxation Station experience!
