At Relevant Connections, we believe that real change starts with support. We're dedicated to helping organizations access the tools and resources they need to better serve their communities. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, we collaborate with nonprofits, schools, health systems, and faith-based groups to build capacity, strengthen programs, and drive long-term impact. Our Services: - We offer a range of services designed to support growth and community engagement, including: - Grant Writing & Funding Strategy: Assisting clients in securing over $10 million in grant funding, with a 98% success rate in funding applications - Professional Development & Workplace Training: Providing expert training in mental wellness, workplace culture, community impact, and leadership development - Speaking & Thought Leadership: Delivering engaging talks on funding strategy, workplace culture, mental health, and more. Achievements: - Recognized in Marquis Who’s Who for impactful leadership in social work and grant management. - Launched the "Life Is Better With You Here" campaign, a $50K media initiative addressing Black male suicide and mental health. - Implemented mental health services in all school districts within Ohio’s second-largest county. - Featured in Forbes, Black Enterprise, New York Weekly, and more for contributions to mental health advocacy and DEI initiatives. About Our Founder: Chardé Hollins, MSW, LISW, is an independently licensed clinical social worker and trauma specialist with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, corrections, education, and grant management.
