We are regulated by ASIC, audited by financial and compliance auditors, and must hold adequate financial resources and professional indemnity insurance to satisfy our AFSL conditions. RELI Capital also holds an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) No. 219612 which allows us to offer residential loans regulated by the National Consumer Credit Protection Act.
