A membership based home maintenance solution for 3 categories of home ownership. General Membership is designed for busy families and working professionals with limited or perhaps no time, training or tools to take care of their home. Senior Membership is to help you stay in your own home as long as possible. If your health prevents you from climbing a ladder or you don't know who to call for all those maintenance repair items, or if perhaps you also lack the time and energy to properly and safely maintain your home, we are here to help. Concierge Membership is designed around the time conscious business professional with a larger home and who has an uncompromising requirement for total home care. The member's experience is of a comprehensive yet non-intrusive approach on keeping your home in top working order. What do you get with your membership? General & Senior Membership: For homes up to 2000sq' it includes quarterly visits with 2 man hours per visit. The first hour is dedicated to a comprehensive home checklist and the second hour is reserved for a 'Honey-Do' list of items. Concierge Membership: For homes up to 5000sq' and includes quarterly visits with 5 man hours per visit. Typically the home checklist gets completed in about 2 - 2 1/2 hours then the last 2 1/2 hours are dedicated to a 'Honey-Do' list of items. *On all three of the memberships a window and gutter cleaning every Spring and Fall are completed as part of one of the quarterly services.
