If your workers are exposed to noise greater than 85 dBA Lex (a full shift averaged exposure), you must provide them with all elements of the Hearing Loss Prevention program, including Annual Hearing Testing. These baseline tests help determine your level of hearing and our certified technicians will counsel everyone on their results and ways to prevent further damage can be discussed. Subsequent years are considered periodic exams and give us the ability to counsel the worker on changes that have occurred over the past year.
