Remedy Counseling & Wellness was founded by Christopher O’Reilly, a licensed professional counselor whose personal healing through self awareness and mindfulness combined with years of experience in the mental health field inspired the practice. At the age of 19, Christopher discovered mindfulness and dramatically changed his life. Many years later as an executive in the addiction and trauma fields, he saw the need for a more integrative approach to mental health care.
