Remember When is a family-owned and operated company. Based on our own personal experiences with loved ones as they age, we saw a need for compassionate, person-centered care in Nova Scotia. We wanted to build something where the client's individuality chooses the course of services provided. We take into account each person’s individual life experiences, age, gender, culture, heritage, language, beliefs, and identity. Remember When’s clients are acknowledged as the experts in their own life with a focus on what they can do first, and any help they need second.
