Reminder Time Limited, formed in 2003, was borne out of EU Health.net, a leading UK healthcare data services provider. Feedback from various sectors of the NHS indicated a need for addressing the very costly problem of patient appointment non-attendance or DNA's (do not attend) as they are known. Reminder Time is an appointment reminder application. It generates appointment reminders in either SMS, voice message or email, which are then sent to the patient, customer or client, depending upon the application. Reminder Time is unique in that it gives the message recipient the opportunity to respond directly back to the sender, giving an indication of their intentions. For example, if a patient were to receive a voice reminder, at the end of the message they would be asked for a response i.e. perss 1 to accept, 2 to decline or 3 to reschedule. That response is fed directly back to the sender who can then manage the appointment book far more efficiently. Reminder Time comes in two forms; Short time is the web-based standalone application to which up to 1000 records at a time can be loaded via csv or xls file, and All Time is the integrated version which bolts onto a record management system and seamlessly polls for appointment data in order to send reminders.
