The Directors of Remistar bring well over 20 years of Rope Access, NDT and Maintenance project experience to the company and are involved in every aspect of the daily technical activities. We are based in Durban and can mobilize our teams to any destination around the world from the local International Airport. The Directors are also NDT practitioners and are qualified in UT, MPI, DPI, RT, CPRT, CRT, VT, Weld Inspector, API 653 above ground Storage Tank Inspector certification as well as API 570 in-service inspection, repair, alteration, and rerating activities for process piping systems and their associated pressure relieving devices. We have operated safely, effectively and competitively in the challenging offshore environments of the North Sea, Middle East and West Africa gaining valuable experience in our fields of expertise. The core technical qualifications are held by management, including the Directors themselves, to ensure continuous service delivery to customers without the possibility of disruption. All of our technical services are complemented with specialized industrial rope access methods and we are focused on providing exceptional service to the local Industrial sector, Petrochemical and Offshore Marine Oil and Gas Industries. Industrial rope access methods have been safely and successfully used for well over 35 years in some of the most hostile environments in the world, like the North Sea resulting in huge cost and time savings to customers all over the world and we are proud to be part of this community. Our on-going mission is to maintain a strong drive towards increased usefulness to our customers, through continuous skills development training, technology and the measurement of results, thereby more successfully contributing towards a greater turnkey scope.
