Who We Are Remodefy is a women-led company based in California with a global perspective and a vision to unlock equity for clients by crafting a design for any home and transforming them into equity. Our mission is to share these possibilities and collaborate with other agents to make every home beautiful Our Story – Who We Really Are We lead by example and believe business should go beyond a simple bottom line: it is a force for good. Every property, and every project holds a story, and we aim to uncover and amplify these narratives. We are brilliant doers, seasoned lifehackers, and passionate business owners. Combined, we have 26 years of real estate investment experience, and have had a lifelong career in business development. Our collaboration began shortly after being introduced at a real estate networking event in 2022 and discovering synergies with our work. We began with single family home flips in California, followed by recent acquisitions in Tulum, Mexico, including ERA Hotel and Spa which was famed Top 6 (out of 600) in the 2023 Michelin Guide for boutique hotels in Tulum, Mexico. Despite external forces and challenges within hospitality management, the story of ERA Hotel and Spa is a testament to our sight for investment opportunities and business management. About Kristi Leach Kristi Leach spent over 20 years of her career in the tech industry, a strategist who drove adoption of cutting-edge technology and managed deals and partnerships among major tech companies, executives, and stakeholders. In her more recent ventures, she is bridging her passion for real estate business development and technology, leveraging the power of digital platforms to drive growth and optimize operational efficiency. As a power negotiator she has led complex deals resulting in lucrative outcome
