Renaissance Properties Management LLC is a full-service brokerage and real estate firm specializing in managing, leasing and renovating quality residential properties in Eastern Indiana. Our office is located in the Old Richmond Historic District of Richmond, Indiana. We currently manage approximately 200 units for over 40 clients who live across the United States, the Caribbean, and Australia. While most of our clients own only one property, we do have multiple clients who own six properties or more. Our firm is uniquely positioned to handle a wide range of residential real estate investments. Our leader and a principal real estate broker, Paul Medvin, is a highly qualified real estate professional with three decades of expertise in residential property management and a strong background in finance. We employ 5 full-time administrative staff members who have a combined 30years of experience in the field and fulfill numerous roles in the areas of leasing, bookkeeping, operations, project management, and client relations. Our maintenance crew consists of 5 full-time employees with a combined experience of 40 years. Our highly skilled maintenance team responds to the needs of approximately 200 tenants around the clock.
