About Renegade Magazine
Renegade Magazine is Syracuse University's African American general interest magazine whose goal is to empower and give a strong and active voice to the black community. A renegade is someone who rejects convention and bravely speaks their mind, and as we strive to tell our stories, we will do so bravely and creatively. In addition to writing thought-provoking stories, we also strive bring these topics to life with multimedia features and a weekly music radio show, to create a visual journalism experience like no other.
