Senior Management encourages all employees to share their unique feedback on improving overall quality within RTI, allowing our Quality Policy and Quality Manual to improve continuously. Our expert staff has well over 50 years of combined experience in the Precision Manufacturing Industry. Our organization's programming team possesses the latest versions of Solidworks and Gibbs CAM software. In addition, we integrate CAMplete, a sophisticated program that scrutinizes for errors and simulates crashes in the program's code. In the event that an error is detected, CAMplete refrains from posting a program to the machine. Furthermore, we incorporate Probing Operations in pertinent programs to provide our machinists with the most advanced technique for precisely examining and authenticating parts during production. Our machines are equipped with Laser Tool Touch Offs, which cater to Ultra-Precision processes, such as Jig Grinding and Hardmill. Additionally, we use probes for part Pick Ups to ensure consistency, and pressure probes and lasers for Tool Touch Offs to augment accuracy. Our Manufacturing Team uses some of the most advanced manufacturing equipment on the market. Many of our machines are rarely seen at one shop let alone combined all under one roof. Inspection stations are scattered throughout the shop with everything needed for in-process inspection. All tools and non-reference measuring instruments are on a strict calibration schedule following AS9100 guidelines and procedures. Secure building with cameras on-site and strict individual keycard access only! Completely climate controlled!!
