About REP AV Services

Real Eyes Productions AV was started for one reason; bring back great customer service. REPAV got its start in 2005 when the owners of REP met while working at one of Atlanta’s premier hotels. Individually they worked as audiovisual sales manager and operations manager to develop their business, customer service and technical skills. As they progressed they understood the need for great work ethic, commitment to details and a customer ‘first’ philosophy from start to finish. REPAV was started in 2006 to fulfill a need that seemed to be missing in the audiovisual industry…..Customer Service! Too many AV companies were looking to grow by purchasing smaller audiovisual companies and acquiring accounts not relationships. Weekly meetings focused on the labor percentages not customer satisfaction. Something needed to change!
