RepairPal’s process for determining a trusted repair facility is called RepairPal Certified. Our team of internal auto experts rigorously evaluates every facility individually for trained and experienced mechanics, state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, high quality parts, fair pricing, ample warranty, and a proven track record of excellent customer satisfaction. The dominant majority of our repair shops, which total 3,800+ nationwide are individually owned; we’re proud to represent these exceptional quality local independent shops. We also have a new and burgeoning franchise dealer business and are beginning to sign up dealers nationwide. RepairPal has partnered with several dozen companies to offer our trusted shop network to their customers. These companies include CarMax, Consumer Reports, USAA and Verizon.
