We do this in a way that is clearly aligned to, and in service of, your strategy. Third, we help you sharpen your story. We change the lens to look at your strategy through the eyes of your customers. We use the 'the hero’s journey' to craft narratives that mean something to your customers (pro-tip: product features generally don't make compelling reading).
