Rescue Medics (UK) Ltd deliver a dedicated, professional and reliable service to a range of corporate, sport, media, film, television and commercial advertisement and private events or assignments. Our team of personnel include doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, EMTs, paramedics, and a range of other dedicated health care professionals all of whom are experienced, fully trained, and expertly accomplished in providing excellent first aid, rescue and medical cover. We have a range of vehicles to offer our clients, some of which are 4x4 off road dedicated ambulances and front-line emergency ambulances. Some examples of the range of work we undertake: This year we were contracted to work on the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow supplying all of the medical services, including all personnel and ambulances, for the building of infrastructures, rehearsal of mass cast and both the Opening and Closing Ceremonies at Celtic Park and Hampden Park on a daily basis from April through to August 2014. In October 2013 we were contracted to provide 24 hour occupational health, rescue and medical services to a core of skilled technical personnel undertaking a survey and structural repairs of a major aqueduct, this contract included personnel and ambulances at seven key sites/entrances to the aqueduct on a rolling 24 hour basis for 16 continuous days. We also provide full event medical cover for many event organisers: on-site medical support, medical personnel and ambulances during construction, rigging and subsequent de-rigging of any infrastructure, including technical crew and contractors working at height. We also organise and implement on-site fully equipped and staffed, consultant doctor led field hospitals, mobile ambulance units to attend, treat and transport casualties and static treatment centres. We work closely with event organisers in order to provide a suitable, affordable and effective service for their particular event.
