Rescue Training Institute of Southern California is a full-service safety training agency specializing in group training and serving the Greater Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. Our Mission and Purpose: Rescue Training Institute of Southern California was established in 2012 and is owned and operated by Mark Fonseca. RTI exists to provide relevant and educational safety training to first responders, healthcare providers and lay responders in the Southern California Region. In our ever-present busy world, trained responses to emergency situations can result in positive outcomes to challenging senarios. Our goal is to provide students skills to know how to respond calmly and efficiently in a real emergency. RTI is an authorized American Heart Association training center and adheres to the guidelines and requirements. Understanding the facts of emergency response and preparedness is best learned through hands on training with excellent instructors and equipment. RTI offers knowledable instructors and up-to-date equipment to provide your group with skills to take away from the classroom. While the material is important, our instructors teach with humor through a structured and enjoyable course format.
