REALL, Inc. specializes in research and evaluation of organizations and programs. From design to analysis and reporting, REALL, Inc. offers support for any and all phases of evaluation. In addition, a series of workshops are available to provide organizations with tools to enhance their ability to conduct evaluations and design assessments. Consulting and Training REALL, Inc., will work with clients to design and implement sound research and evaluation in support of organization initiatives as well as deliver workshops to build their knowledge base of various aspects of evaluation, analysis, research, and assessment. REALL, Inc. works closely with clients to ensure we support project and organzation goals and objectives by working with them fto plan appropriate research and evaluation activities that support goals and objectives in order to ensure activities are plausible, appropriate, and informative. We incorporate formative and summative evaluation as well as triangulation processes and tailoring data collection and analysis to specific initiatives. Training workshops are tailored to the needs of clients after consulting with them about specifics of their potential projects that they may be engaging in either the near or long-term. Company Leadership REALL, Inc. is led by Dr. Melinda R. Hess who specializes in Measurement, Research and Evaluation. She has conducted numerous Research and Evaluation endeavors for a wide variety of clients including federally funded initiatives administered under various agencies, including the National Science Foundation, the Department of Education, and the Fund for Post Secondary Improvement as well as state and local initiatives. In addition she has taught graduate courses in Statistics, Measurment Methods, and Survey Research Methods. Over the last 10 years she has continuously presented papers and national at state conferences as well as providing invited talks on evaluation methods and purposes.
