MALCO Green 5500 SWD Well Treatment, a unique line of microbes marketed since 1994, is specifically designed to achieve this purpose. MALCO microbes allow users to reclaim more higher grade oil, eliminate BS&W (basic sediment and water), decrease pump head pressure, stop problems with hydrogen sulfide and iron sulfide and deal with tough asphaltenes and paraffin. MALCO is an environmentally friendly, "green," completely biodegradable treatment. Users of MALCO are able to process more fluids efficiently, and no longer need costly chemicals. Two of the nation's large oil field equipment manufacturers operate SWDs in the Permian Basin. They report, following use of MALCO 5500, that previously dark, BS&W-filled water is clear enough to see through. They love getting "tons of oil" from their processed water. Also now available is the MALCO Green 5600 Liquid Microbial Additive. It works in tandem with the dry MALCO 5500 to bring faster results in dealing with particularly tough issues and bring faster results. Like MALCO 5500, the liquid additive is not harmful to employees, equipment or the environment. Roger Dean's other company, Research Chemicals, has been in the business of marketing solutions for industrial purposes since 1961. Customers included General Motors Corporation and DuPont. The family business developed and patented a number of highly effective, innovative industrial cleaning products. Roger also has experience in marketing microbes for restaurant and school maintenance purposes.
