Reside Property Management is owned and operated by Christine Cleave. Based in Orewa, the emphasis is on providing you with a proven property management service of unbeatable quality and superior service throughout the Hibiscus Coast and beyond. Directors Chris and her partner Colin have experienced ownership of several investment properties in New Zealand and overseas together with having had experience as tenants. They therefore know what is required of a good property manager. They have a long affiliation with property based companies and understand the art of service required for property management. We focus on listening to our landlords and their wants and needs. Don’t get us wrong, tenants are very important-but landlords and their properties are our true focus.
