About Residential Fire Systems

We are a subcontractor to the residential construction industry that designs, engineers, & installs fire sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems. We design & install these systems in Single Family Residential Tracts, in Multi-Family condominiums and apartments, and in Custom homes in the 6 counties of Southern California: Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange, San Diego After approval of our designs by the Authority Having Jurisdiction, our rough installations are performed when the structure is in the framing stage after electrical installation but prior to insulation and drywall installation. Our final installation is performed after final plumbing, electrical, and painting has been completed. Our rough & final installations must be inspected and approved by the Authority Having Jurisdiction. - We currently have 50 of our installers including all of our Field Supervisors that were recently certified in First Aid & CPR by the American Red Cross. 2 of our Supervisors are certified Trainers for First Aid & CPR - All of our installers & supervisors were recently trained & certified on the use of Fire Extinguisher - All installers & supervisors recently had renewal training & certification for CPVC piping installations. All certs are available upon request.
