Resilience Business Support was launched in 2022 with one aim - to provide support to small to medium businesses and charities with their administrative, financial and operational functions. I particularly specialise in troubleshooting and assisting with implementation of processes and procedures - whether for start-ups or established businesses. I love the challenge of unpicking things and working with a client to put them right! If your systems are not fit for purpose or not producing the results you need, I can help you to establish what’s not working and develop new processes to get you, your staff and your business back on track. Having worked in the public and private sectors, for Investment Banks, Councils, Charities, sole traders, limited companies and individuals, I finally realised that my real passion is helping people! With more than 25 years’ experience in administration, IT, finance and project work, I decided that I didn’t want ‘just another 9-5 desk job’ but instead wanted to offer my knowledge and experience to help others in their business.
