About Resilient Pathways

Resilient Pathways is a social enterprise creating and delivering projects and initiatives which promote well-being and resilience, in particular, but not exclusively for young people and families. It is committed to an evidence-led and user-led approach to addressing emerging needs within communities. Services we provide include: • Youth activities and groups which are created in collaboration with young people. • Workshops for parents (covering topics such as wellbeing, resilience and understanding teens) • Workshops for families • Workshops & training for professionals to promote wellbeing and resilience. • Wellbeing and Supervision support for employees supporting young people and families ( Pastoral / wellbeing staff in schools, Leadership teams, Youth teams) • Wellbeing Coaching in schools
