Resonance is a communication skills training company that has worked across all sectors and at all levels for the past 20 years. We work with individuals and onsite in organisations. We aim to help people to communicate with confidence, clarity, greater fluency and persuasiveness, in order to make an impact. Our mission is to assist you in finding your voice, your gravitas and to manage nerves. We have a flexible, pragmatic series of training programmes designed to work on confidence, presence and personal impact. We enable people to have more impact with what they say and how they say it. We help them to create stronger personal presence and to communicate their messages effectively across any organisation. We work with leaders, with management and with entry level personnel. Through our workshops we deliver personal impact, voice and presentation skills training. We provide executive coaching, identify personal communication styles and resilience training to all sectors and all grades of staff up to and including CEO’s. We help people identify the qualities that they need to make them effective communicators and then we give them the tools they need to achieve this. We believe in providing excellent interactive courses that can vary in length, according to needs and budget. We deliver pragmatic, effective outcomes. We do this in a relaxed informal environment. Our experience shows that people learn best while having fun and this is a vital part of the training we provide. The efficacy of our approach is reflected in the standard of our clientele many of whom are repeat customers or come through referral. Our courses are delivered by a select group of trainers with professional performance skills and expertise in delivering a wide variety of training and coaching at many levels. We often use two trainers per course for greater objectivity. We do not ask people to be more confident. We show them how they can skill themselves. We practise with them.
