During 30yrs of working at Unilever in the fast-paced CPG industry, I wanted external support and experience on programs but not the bureaucracy and prepackaged approach associated with large consulting firms. Too often, large firms left us with beautiful PowerPoints outlining opportunities, large targets, but no real ownership within the boarder team to land the results. Resonance2 is a small firm that works with you to enhance and deliver real results. We chose our name for 2 reasons: 1) We align to your goals and provide insights in a way that builds on programs to amplify the results. 2) We will design the approach and communications to ensure it resonates across your broader business for ownership of execution that outlasts our contract.
