About Resonate Collective

Resonate is a small consultancy specialising in supporting non-profit organisations through team development, leadership, training, coaching and staff wellbeing. Started in 2024, as a continuation of the work and the team of GH Consulting Ltd. We have a very experienced and dynamic team of associate coaches, trainers, facilitators, advisors and wellbeing specialists, who bring their expertise together with their dedication to improving the impact of purpose-driven organisations. We want to make meaningful changes that last and have good ripple effects. We partner closely with our clients, building long-term trusting relationships and co-creating solutions specific to their needs. We enjoy being thinking partners and creative problem solvers, using well-established and innovative ways to approach knarly challenges. We are perceptive, feisty and helpfully disruptive, seeing and saying things others find difficult. We are happy to challenge, with warmth and positivity. Our approach to wellbeing and psychological support is integrated with an understanding of leadership, team development, culture and systemic organisational challenges. We create proactive, trauma-informed, inclusive and engaging actions which encourage seeing wellbeing, and wellbeing leadership as professional skills. Our support has included wellbeing surveys, leadership training, skills and experiential sessions, policy writing, team diagnostics, video guides, individual wellbeing action plans, team conversations and individual wellbeing coaching and psychological support in international humanitarian crises. Our aim is to help work places become more human and to enable the potential and sustainability of the people who work there. We understand the budgets and conditions that non-profits struggle with, and we adapt to make our support accessible and practical. Our established clients include Save the Children International and Myeloma UK.
