Traditionally, mental health care has been limited to those with time, money, connections, and insurance. We intend to see a different reality come true. Resonate Joy is committed to making mental wellness accessible through developing future therapists, providing resources and opportunities, and cultivating space for connection and creativity. Established in 2022, we’ve supported clinical residents, funded therapy sessions, and partnered with local and global organizations to bring healing to underserved communities—one person at a time. | A world where healed individuals heal their communities | We believe individuals resonate from the heart, like how sound starts in one place and reverberates outward. If any person increases their wellbeing, they impact their system around them: individual impact leads to collective impact. Individuals can be the clients coming for support themselves, the resident counselors connecting with those individuals, staff members seeking a healthy work environment where they can make an impact, creatives participating in an art event, donors, board members… Everyone can create a rippling impact of wellness! It is our goal that mental wellness would reach outward from Resonate Joy and be felt in a deep way by the people impacted.
