About Resort Solutions Limited

We help independent timeshare clubs and resorts to flourish by outsourcing their management. We offer a centralised back office covering customer service and reservations, maintenance fee billing and collections, financial reporting and budgeting, timeshare sales and rentals, and club and committee governance. We also manage the staff providing the front of house service together with the general housekeeping, maintenance and refurbishment of the resorts. We work with resorts in the UK and Europe, ranging from small 13 apartment resorts in niche locations through to larger resorts (up to 150 apartments) in the holiday destinations of the Costa Del Sol, the Canary Islands and the Algarve. We currently manage holiday resorts on behalf of 11 timeshare clubs and are a member of RDO and a TATOC affiliate. Our service is tailored to the individual needs of a resort; each resort is looked after by a dedicated account manager. We work collaboratively with our clients and through clear communication and ownership of common goals we ensure that their objectives are met. Our business is built on the strength of our long term relationships with our clients. They value our industry expertise, commerciality and the benefits that independent management can bring. We also have long established relationships with key industry partners and experts in areas such as exchange, trusteeship, sales and marketing and legal advice.
