Resource Partners is an accomplished private equity investor focusing exclusively on equity investments in Central and Eastern European countries, which are members of European Union. We are the only fund manager in Central Europe with focus on investments in consumer space, both consumer products and services. Our team also has an in depth knowledge of Food & Agri space and unmatched knowledge of investing in food processing companies. Resource Partners was established in 2009 by the core group of investment professionals working at The Carlyle Group CEE office to pursue buyouts and expansion capital investments in mid-size private companies in Poland, Romania and other Central and Eastern European countries (EU-members).
