About Resource Realty Services
Resource Realty Services offers both a full service real estate company and a referral company. The firm was opened in 2005 by Cindy Strobel & Kathy Holland, "The Sister Team", with a simple principle in mind. Our desire was to create a culture providing a unique "boutique" style to Real Estate- where clients are treated like family and remain in the forefront of our attention before, during and after each transaction. Our approach is to be their "resource" not only for real estate but for all things pertaining to life and community. We accomplish this through a vast network of business partners, allowing us the ability to have a "one stop shop" feel. Our goal for our agents is also simple. We treat our agents as our clients. Through training and proven follow up systems, we enable our agents the opportunity to stay in touch with their database, also providing forums for community outreach and enhanced technology that will give them the edge as they compete in this ever changing market. We discovered early in our careers that real estate is a service business and not a sales business. Our biggest difference; however, is through the unique blend of all of the above combined with personal branding training, sets us apart from other independent brokerage firms. As your professional realtors our mission is to dedicate ourselves to making the process of buying or selling your home as easy and satisfying as possible. We will at all times respect the needs of each and every client we are commissioned to work for, we will remain honest and forthright and will place your best interest in the highest regard throughout the process of our transaction.
