About Respectology
Respectology has two divisions: business consulting and family engagement. Business: Brian Baker teaches the principles of Social and Emotional Intelligence and Soft Skills to help businesses have better-engaged more productive employees, and assist individuals by improving their positioning skills in the workplace. Studies have shown that our success in life and at work can be influenced far more by our social and emotional intelligence (SEQ) than by our cognitive intelligence (IQ). He is an award-winning speaker, trainer, and coach whose focus is to bring civility and respect back to both the internal and external customer experience, In addition, he work with individuals who need to improve their relationships in the workplace and thus improve the chance for upward mobility. Family Engagement: Brian and his son, Avery, are the first African-American father-son speaking duo in this subject matter. Led by their signature talk, "5 Ways to Empower Your Family", they have developed corresponding workshops and are in the midst of finishing their first book together.
