(RMI) was established in 2002 in response to an Insurance Services Provider's need to get their mail out quicker than the industry standard five days. RMI and the Client searched through the GTA to try and find a company that could affordably produce mail within 48 hours of receipt of files. When no viable solution was found, the Client fronted RMI's Founder, Terry Waide, the seed money to establish such a company. Since then, RMI has continued to focus on providing the services our customers need at prices that made sense. Originally a home-based business, RMI moved to a 1700 sq.ft. commercial location in our 2nd year of operation, and subsequently to our current facility to meet the increasing demand for affordable, reliable mailing, printing and design services.
