ReSTAR is a telehealth company engaged in improving mental health and productivity in the workplace. We take a proactive, hands-on approach leveraging technology and the education and skillsets of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to assess and provide resources to the end-user. At ReSTAR, we provide entrepreneurs and employers a unique opportunity to improve productivity, reduce healthcare costs, and increase quality of life both in and out of the workplace. By applying our extensive operational knowledge and unique proactive delivery model, ReSTAR is overcoming the stigma and removing the barriers associated with accessing mental health services. Our platform is ideal for both executive teams and the general workforce, and we are currently working to help businesses here in Nevada with the goal of establishing a nationwide franchise. We are uniquely suited to help negotiate the “new normal” as businesses begin to reopen in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Gaining tools to re-establish a sense of control, locate financial resources, manage stress and anxiety, and improve interpersonal relationships are just a few examples of what we have to offer.
