A British Tasting Menu experience for Dinner, and shorter Set Menu for Lunch, hidden in London’s Smithfield, overlooking the historical Church of St Bartholomew the Great. We received our first Michelin Star in March 2023. Taking diners on a journey through the British Isles, Johnnie and his team serve a tasting menu that champions the very best small-scale farmers, growers, & conservationists this country has to offer. Dinner starts in the relaxed bar area before guests are invited to take their seats overlooking the cloisters of London’s oldest church - St Bartholomew the Great. For those looking for a taste of Restaurant St Barts within the confines of a lunch break, a short Set Menu is available during the week. The Restaurant St. Barts experience is a celebration of the world-class seasonal produce found across the British Isles. Our menu includes Chinese Water Deer from Woburn, Cornish Cuttlefish, Scottish Scallops, Exmoor Caviar, Wiltshire Truffles, amongst regeneratively farmed vegetables, foraged ingredients & more. The journey begins with raw & cured dishes, moving to gentle steaming, poaching, and culminating with open-flame cooking. Our Drinks List offers a selection of classic cocktails, local beers, natural cider, premium spirits and an extensive wine list. The list focuses on low intervention wines from both well-renowned domaines and exciting artisanal producers, and was awarded Best Short List of the Year UK in February 2023 by Star Wine List. We serve optional drinks pairings to accompany the experience. The Wine Pairings contain sparkling wine, white wine, red wine, dessert wine and/or digestive.
