SERVICES Historic Research & Documentation Restoric is equipped to conduct architectural and historic research on properties in order to write local or National Register nominations. We are also able to produce scaled drawings of properties for HABS documentation or building surveys. Restoration Consulting With over twenty year of experience, Restoric has gained expertise in historic building materials and design. We can provide guidance to owners by producing Historic Structures Reports, window surveys, and conditions assessments and recommend the use of historically appropriate materials and methods, exterior and interior color and design schemes, and sensitive restoration practices in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation. Design Many times historic properties have been altered and character defining elements are lost. Restoric is experienced in the adaptive reuse of historic structures, as well as the design and replication of missing architectural elements. Project Management & Construction Administration During the construction phase, Restoric offers owners a representative that is an advocate for the building and its proper restoration and rehabilitation. As experts in historic materials and construction, projects can be monitored to ensure proper execution and timely completion. General Contracting Restoric has established long-term relationships with a wide range of consultants necessary to complete building analysis, design and construction.
