With over 10 years of experience in bariatrics, Arlyn leverages her skills as a board-certified orthopedic specialist and lifestyle medicine practitioner to help her patients overcome barriers and build a sustainable movement practice. Arlyn has worked extensively with individuals navigating complex, often misunderstood conditions such as Long COVID, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), and POTS. Her approach is centered on the patient's lived experience and personal values and prioritizes the prevention of post-exertional symptoms. The common thread across Arlyn's work is her passion for serving patients who have been marginalized, shamed, and stigmatized in their healthcare journey. ReStory was created especially for them, and exists to provide inclusive, high-quality care that listens deeply.
