About Results 4 Care
Results 4 Care used to support clients with research, development, consulting and education about health care informatics. The owners have retired in 2022 and 2024 carrying out mini consulting activities for the happy few. In particular we have been involved in research of information needs of health professionals, developing functional requirements, developing standards, consulting on health IT projects and teaching health informatics. A special topic is detailed clinical modeling or clinical information modeling (ISO 13972). We worked mostly on the electronic health record / personal health record. Functional requirements, data element specifications, terminologies and coding and information models have always been our best assets, organized together in an infostructure architecture.
