We provide all services under one roof, from design to maintenance for the entire retail industry. All of our services are performed by our own employees. All construction-related matters are recorded in PIT (Project Information Tool) and all communication and exchange of documentation during the entire renovation process takes place here. In the aftercare phase, PIT seamlessly merges with RAP (Retail Automation Program), from which malfunctions, maintenance work and property management are totally coordinated. By using these packages, all information is secured in the system and construction and service processes can take place and be analyzed in a transparent way. Sustainable and circular building Circularity and sustainability are a must these days. We choose as much as possible raw materials that can later be reused and digitalize detailed data on raw materials in material passports to facilitate the reuse (material passport). In doing so, we maintain our focus on keeping costs low.
