Innovative retail planners Reteam Group has since 2001 been helping commercial property owners, shopping centers, and cities make desirable retail destinations that fit with the wants and needs of the local people. Through our world leading research in consumer psychology and decades of experience in the retail business we have developed the Mind16 tool for creating clear categories for different kinds of shoppers. Our product is a commercial and operational strategy for how to optimize the retail destination including design, retail mixture, leasing, and marketing strategy. This is based on a full analysis of the customer base in the given area - how much they can spend, what motivates them, what do they desire and what type of mind do they have - and a mapping of the current retail mixture in the catchment area and how they appeal to customers. We work with shopping centers, big-box retail parks, railway stations, airports, city districts, towns, villages, etc. and have proven that our tools for capturing consumer desires and behavior can create long-term sustainable value.
