Panelized walls (with pre-installed windows, pre-drilled studs for electrical lines, all blocking, pre-installed Tyvek), floors (with OSB & wall outlines & ID's inked on deck, HVAC & DWV holes pre-drilled, all blocking) & roofs (pre-installed ice-guard & underlayment, all blocking), then lifted into place to enable 2800sf house to be erected from the sill plate to the roof on & windows closed in 4-6 hours, depending on weather. 18' high, 2x6 exterior walls? No problem! It's your design, not ours. Curved walls, sloped curved walls: whatever you design, we pre-building as much as possible that will not get damaged during shipment nor erection. Can also pre-install electrical boxes & panels, plumbing sets, DWV & HVAC flanges/boots and associated lines/ducts: whatever you specify. Or, Do It Yourself (DIY) with our drawings that have everything you need, complete with dimensions, cut lengths, location of all mechanicals, etc., so you actually can Build It Yourself! It works!
