Because of her claims experience, Susan’s main goal is to educate people about their insurance coverage to prevent future insurance problems. Susan chose to become an agent so that she could guide people into choosing coverages that are right for them. After her claims experience, she spent some time working as a Farmers agent and then as an agent working for an independent agency. Both work experiences has taught her so much and has prepared her to be an honest and reliable insurance advisor.
